exactly one week since i last updated. wow how time flies! i've decided to update once a week unless there's any other happening stuff which i think is worth an entry. so yupp! my blog isn't dead, neither will it be really active.

and so! my first week at school just went by. nothing really significant (since it's just school). lectures were okayy and kinda boring at times since they're mostly introductory lectures and what the lecturers did was only give a brief outline of the module and went abit into the syllabus. tutorials and lab sessions will only begin in the week of the 27th. so yeah. i'm still in honeymoon period. lol.

in fact i just had my first bio practical yesterday! well not exactly a practical because it was a Biodiversity module so we went on a field trip along some ulu Kent Ridge Road behind NUS exploring certain kinds of flora and fauna. and we had a short 12min test after that based on what we've covered during the field trip. and i thought it wasn't all that bad. heh.

but i must say university is definitely quite a big transition. i'm still in the midst of adjusting to the timetable and stuff we've to get done ourselves before each lecture. stuff like printing of notes online and all. because seriously all the lecturers are loading EVERYTHING they're going to do online. and it's quite irritating especially when they do it rather last minute! oh the bane of technology. hahah. but i'm getting used to it.

so yupp! thats about my first week. nothing much actually. and i'd better enjoy this 2weeks before lectures, tutorials and lab sessions go into full swing. i'll be pretty busy by then i presume. sucks. hahah. HONEYMOOON!

recently im kinda re-addicted to Angel In Disguise by Corrinne May and Patience by Take That. no idea why. beautiful lyrics i guess. ah well.

oh! and the fireworks display yesterday night and tonight was just AWESOME! i was so privileged because i got to watch it from the comfort of my own home. how cool is that. lol. thats not the main point. it was really spectacular!
